In 1998, after serving as Vice President of Continental Real Estate Management Services for more than 25 years, Stephen Grey and his current property management team successfully purchased the property management, leasing and real estate consulting division from Continental Incorporated and formed a new entity, Stephen C. Grey & Associates.

Already well-known and established in the marketplace since 1966, but now under a new name, we are being recognized as one of the premier Property Management companies in the Puget Sound Region, bringing over 60 years combined experience to our clients.

The success of our company has been the ability to meet and exceed our client's expectations.

We realize that market conditions, property operations, and tenant requirements differ among retail, office, and multifamily properties as well as with each specific property. In order to provide superior service to our clients and their tenants, our Property Managers focus on specific types of property and are not overburdened with large portfolios.

In addition to our experienced Property Managers, we maintain and make available to owners an "in-house" staff that includes a designated Assistant Property Manager and Accountant. This is done in an effort to always provide our clients and our tenants with someone to personally assist with any questions that may arise.
