Phil is married and the father of four who love to cheer for the UW and BYU! Fluent in Japanese, Phil began his career as a Real Estate/ Development Manager at Uwajimaya, Inc. and still loves to visit their stores.

• 20 plus years experience in real estate management and development including apartment communities - garden-style, mixed use and downtown/urban mid-rises, offices - non-profit and professional/business centers, retail - shopping centers and small shops/restaurants, condominiums and associations
• Eight years at Hunt Management Corporation as a Regional Manager and later as the Director of Property Management; Six years as Property Manager and later a Portfolio Manager at Lorig, a Seattle developer and real estate management firm
• Licensed Washington State Managing Real Estate Broker
• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• Member and Past President, Western Washington Chapter Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
• North Seattle College, Property Management Program Advisory Board
• Bachelor of Arts, Asian Studies, University of Washington, Japanese and International Business focus
