| Renting a new apartment is easy. Just follow these simple
steps: |
- Print
a rental application.
Requires adobe acrobat.
Download
acrobat.
- Fill
out the form. Be sure to sign and date the bottom of
the form.
- Fax
the form to us at:
206-325-1029.
- Mail
two checks to:
Stephen C. Grey & Associates
2633 Eastlake Avenue East,
Suite 300 Seattle, WA 98102
a. $35.00 payable to ACS,
for the cost of credit screening.
b. Security deposit payable to:
Stephen C. Grey & Associates in the
amount published on the apartment's webpage.
- After
credit approval we will contact you. You may move in
as soon as your apartment is available.
* Note: If credit is denied, security deposit
will be refunded.
